A friendly efficient and approachable Building Society, with staff that take pride offering practical advice and solutions on financial/mortgage requirements, assessed on and tailored to the individuals circumstances. Buying my first home.

From beginning to end SBS provided a quick and hassle free process. They provided a mortgage offer in a couple of days and then money was sent to the solicitor in a timely manner, once requested. Helps those who others turn away

SBS were the only company that took me on for a mortgage even though my credit score was not adequate.
