Consistently Positive CS Experiences.

Katie from the Troon barnch patiently walked me through the set up process for viewing my mortgage account. I was very satisified with both the outstanding customer service I received and the outcome. All of my interactions since I took out my mortgage in 2025 have been similarly positive. Confusing app, excellent phone service

I was struggling to register on the banking app, which is not user friendly. However, I called and spoke to Katie M who provided excellent service, talked me through the process clearly and got me fully registered easily. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
