We have been savers with the Scottish Building Society for many years, and had two mortgages with them. We have found every contact by phone, letter, or personal visit to one of their network of offices a pleasure. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The SBS is small independent Scottish based mutual society who we frequently recommend to friends, family, and business colleagues. We are proud to be members, and choose the SBS over the larger impersonal, and less efficient companies who only seem interested in maximising profit from customers. Reviewed on: 18th February 2020
