Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication and prompt responses. Approved my mortgage despite slightly complex financial circumstances. Buying my first home.

From beginning to end SBS provided a quick and hassle free process. They provided a mortgage offer in a couple of days and then money was sent to the solicitor in a timely manner, once requested. Helps those who others turn away

SBS were the only company that took me on for a mortgage even though my credit score was not adequate. Service second to none

Being a pensioner on my own I am just so happy to be a member and part of SBS heritage. The future of the Society looks really bright and with all the hard work that goes into it I would have no hesitation in recommending SBS to anyone who is looking or thinking about taking out a mortgage with the world’s oldest building society.
