Easy and stress free

Easy to speak to and not difficult, only issue is that a product fee was due was informed this could be added to the loan amount but it was not but this was not communicated to me at the start, had to pay it myself which was no issue but then I was not given details on how to do this so ended up having to ring which was a little time consuming Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

We used a Mortgage Broker to apply for our mortgage so did not deal directly with SBS, however, both our Mortgage Broker and Solicitor could not praise SBS highly enough. SBS responded very quickly to queries at critical points in our purchase. We were able to find a mortgage product that suited our needs perfectly at a good rate. The welcome phone call from customer service to welcome us as new customers is something we have not had before and were pleasantly surprised. We are very satisfied customers.
