Outstanding SBS mortgage service.

Both Jackie Simpson Lending Manager and Kay Baird Mortgage Adviser were both exemplary in the comprehensive, informative and thoroughly professional manner in which they carried out their work in relation to switching mortgage products at SBS. Their calculated, flexible approach in treating applicants individually was most accommodating and tremendously refreshing in today's predominantly technical decision making age. SBS offered the specialises Guarantor Mortgage product that we required. The application was very thorough, verging at times on painstaking and it was carried out within a tight timescale allowing toe property to be purchased in time for the start of the University term.
