Forget the rest, insure with the best!

Our, now deceased, cat Percy was incredibly accident prone. It was as if he was determined to get through every one of his nine lives as quickly as possible. Scratch and Patch undoubtedly insured him at a huge loss! Despite all our claims, their annual increase in premium always seemed fair. Their customer service was second to none, the people I spoke to were always pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Life made simple

My Minature schnauzer Hugo was 10 when I choose scratch and patch, without illness for his 10 years and within weeks of taking the policy he became lame and had to get a series of tests and X-rays ubder anesthetic. Having never claimed any insurance before Scratch and Patch advisors talked my through the claims process and took everything in hand, making a very worrying time a little easier. My boy was fine and I have the piece of mind to know that I'm dealing with a company who are all for their clients in their worst times. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
