The whole process is seamless, from knowing what your cover is, to placing a claim [even from multiple sources], to being notified of the claim process. Took out insurance specifically for our aging cat. Euthanasia is not covered by their policy. After cats cats death, still had to pay several months of payments to complete the policy year. Terrible responses to emails. Impossible to get on the phone. Save your money, put it in a jar for your pets health care. Do not use scratch & patch. Appalling chancers. If a claim is made during the policy term, the full premium becomes payable—even if your circumstances sadly change later. This is because the policy has already provided its intended financial support when you needed it most. We know this might feel difficult, especially now, but insurance is designed to spread the cost of care and risk over the full year. The claims you've made remain valid, and your premium ensures that the cover you received is fully supported. If no claims have been made during your current policy year, you're able to cancel without further payment, depending on how much of the premium has already been paid. The annual cover for both of our two black Labrador’s were very good compared with other insurance company. Any questions we have had to contact our current provider it was handed in a very professional manner. We have since accepted the renewal quotation which only shows a very small increase from the previous year. Thank you. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
