Really impressed. Highly commend

VETERINARY NURSE support, when I called about my dog Ted. Claim Form sent by post a few days later. Submitted claim with vets report. Claim paid out in full minus policy excess. All within a few weeks. You can't get better service than that. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

PHONED VETERINARY NURSE WHEN PET FIRST ILL, SHE GAVE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. CLAIM FORM CAME WITHIN A FEW DAYS ALSO CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL. WAITING FOR VET BILL TO BE PAID. WILL RIGHT DETAILS OF OUTCOME FOR FINAL REVIEW ( REF TED DORKING.) Reviewed on: 16th January 2018
