Good coverage for an older dog

My older dog required quite an expensive throat operation. S&P were excellent (prompt and fair) in settling my claim up to the insured limit. Communication was efficient and comprehensive. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Great customer service value could be better

Great customer service. They dealt directly with vet too , though I was given the choice. The level of cover could be better. E.g cost of vet consult £56 but insurance only pays up to £45. Also the won’t cover full cost of drugs. It is however, in comparison with other companies, much lower premiums Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
