Scratch and Patch and very disjointed when it comes to communications and claims I'm having to chase the settlements all the time on one occasion they had my details mixed up with another contact details that I didn't even know of which raises concerns for me when it comes to data protection. Generally the communication and the annual rates are too high. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
