All good - annual renewal is where it counts!

It’s ok - haven’t needed it thankfully yet but cost was to high in my opinion, but we are happy! Annual renewal and loyalty is where I decide if I am happy or not as want to be seeing a competitive cost to retain me. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Fantastic customer service via phone making it much more personalised. Not an app based service which can be stressful in an emergency. Made a stressful experience I had with one of my pets manageable. Highly recommended company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
