I have been with this provider for 4 years and they are really good. Great value for money with a great app to access everything at the touch of a button. They also provide instant access to professionals 24/7 if you need any medical advice for your pet! Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

I have used Scratch & Patch for three years now and I cannot fault the offers or features that I have been granted. It gives me the cover I need at a low monthly cost that suits me. When I had to claim, it was a easy process and was explained in detail what would happen and when etc. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

No qualms, no fuss payout.

We used S&P originally as they accept pre-existing complaints at a decent rate. They paid out quickly and without fuss when we needed revision surgery on the notified issue. We have since insured our second dog with S&P (no previous issues) despite cheaper offers for similar cover elsewhere. Great service and great value. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Scratch and patch were very reasonably priced and offered great value when I shopped around for pet insurance last December. .I recently had to submit a claim for my ten year old Labrador’s vet treatment and the process was simple and straightforward. The claim was paid in a very short space of time with no fuss. I was incredibly pleased and impressed. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Scratch and Patch dealt directly with our vet which saved us a lot of stress as we have never had to make a claim before. When we did need to contact them to verify this they were sympathetic and friendly and dealt with our claim professionally.
