I've been with this company for over 4 years. Luckily I've not made a claim so I don't know how they work on that side.I did phone them regarding something else and their customer service was excellent and compassionate. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Always there to help.

Every time there has been a problem with our pet dog, this insurance company has always been there to support. The yearly fees are competitive and there's never a problem. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Cruciate ligament surgery
