Chancers

Took out insurance specifically for our aging cat. Euthanasia is not covered by their policy. After cats cats death, still had to pay several months of payments to complete the policy year. Terrible responses to emails. Impossible to get on the phone. Save your money, put it in a jar for your pets health care. Do not use scratch & patch. Appalling chancers. We know this might feel difficult, especially now, but insurance is designed to spread the cost of care and risk over the full year. The claims you've made remain valid, and your premium ensures that the cover you received is fully supported. If no claims have been made during your current policy year, you're able to cancel without further payment, depending on how much of the premium has already been paid.
