I’ve been with Scratch & Patch for just over a year now and I can honestly say they’ve been brilliant. The website was really easy to use when I first took out cover, and the price was very reasonable compared to others I looked at. Unfortunately my dog needed treatment recently, so I had to make my first claim. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the claim was paid quickly without any hassle. It gave me real peace of mind during a stressful time. I’d definitely recommend Scratch & Patch to other pet owners. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Pleasantly suprised

I recently had to make my first claim following my dog having emergency surgery. The claim process itself was very easy through the portal. I had a decision within 10 days and the money was in my account before I'd even seen the email stating what decision had been made. I was very pleasantly surprised by the process as past dealings with insurance companies have not been positive. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

We moved insurance for our 3 rescue dogs to Scratch & Patch from a leading pet insurer, as we were disappointed with the service we had received. What a difference! Despite their ages and challenges ( our family dogs!), we have received exemplary service from S&P; prompt phone service, professional, caring advisers, and settling claims with little fuss. Haven't needed to claim for two years (touch wood). Customer Service was excellent- very helpful, understanding and happy to help - it takes a bit of pressure off when you're dealing with a stressful time having someone at the end of the phone who is helpful Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
