I had got myself into a serious debt situation and had tried to solve the issue by trying to use multiple credit cards but that did not work it made everything worse. I turned to Stepchange who helped me to manage my repayments and how to budget my incoming and out going finances. The relif from the anxiety I had brought on myself was immense. Stepchange were kind and supportive and non judgemental everystep of the way and I can only recommend their positive excellence to anyone who is getting into uncontrollable debt. I was in such crisis concerning my mental health that I had become out of control with my spending. I had serious diminished responsibility but hadn’t recognised it until it was too late to reverse the damage caused. Thankfully I found Stepchange who were so humane and kind. Step change changed my life.
