I was in such crisis concerning my mental health tha...

I was in such crisis concerning my mental health that I had become out of control with my spending. I had serious diminished responsibility but hadn’t recognised it until it was too late to reverse the damage caused. Thankfully I found Stepchange who were so humane and kind. They saved me from falling further into a pit of despair and have enabled me to take back control of my life. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Step change changed my life.

Step Change changed my life.

Step Change changed my life. For the first time in my life I had my finances under control but it did mean facing up to the realities of life, living with just the bare essentials for nearly 20 years. It did however mean that I could afford a bottle of champagne on debt free day! Reviewed on: 25th May 2025
