I cannot fault the customer service I received from SBS: they managed to fit me in at very short notice, were incredibly helpful and were able to set up my account that morning. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st December 2024

Trustworthy, friendly, helpful

I wanted an account that has no online banking, something that made it easier to leave my money untouched. SBS were able to provide that. The Hadleigh branch have always been lovely and friendly and I feel my children and I are looked after here. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
