The worst

The wort “bank” ever. They charge for every little thing. You have to pay to set up and direct debt and standing order then they charge you a fee every time that DD or SS is used. You also have ti pay to withdraw money from the atm and get charged 20p whenever your card is declined. I freeze my card for security purposes when not used but if a payment is attempted they still charge you 20p each time. Disgusting customer service with absolutely zero knowledge of anything. Speak to people like absolute crap and penalise those with a poor credit rating. Refuse to even attempt at resolving complaints and take weeks to respond even if you do have a complaint. I have been with this bank for about 1 year now and I have needed the help of customer services a few times, I always found them helpfull and polite. The new mobile app is very good, and I am informed that the card will be supported by Apple pay quite soon which would be very helpfull and make the bank even more attractive.
