With 22 years mortgage advice and thousands of clients I know of no other UK lender that goes the extra mile when you are up against a time constraint which needs process flexibility. The recent Stamp Duty deadline presented us with such a situation. With only 5 days remaining our client called to say that heir new Barratt home had completed 2 months ahead of time and could we arrange exchange and completion in 5 days.
