Called into Richard at FBS sit was time to renew rates on my existing mortgage. Very helpful and courteous and had all my questions answered promptly. Minimal time on hold. Wish all telephone service these days could be so good. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

Porting Existing Mortgage

Sam Morrison dealt with our initial application. He explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions spontaneously. Straightforward initial meeting

It actually does feel like a family!

I can highly recommend the service I received today after a conversation with Brenda at the Family Building Society about my mortgage options. I felt very satisfied that all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly.
