I was more than happy with Louise's recommendations regarding possibilities for a mortgage, considering I am a 69yr old foreigner with permanent right to remain but with foreign pensions with a British wife considerably younger. Switching my mortgage.

I telephoned to arrange my mortgage switch and the agent couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the working of the associated savings account, which I'd never come across before. She also explained that the cashback offer, which I'd seen online, applied to re-mortgaging, rather than switching. I was then informed about what would happen next. Excellent service!
