I received a courtesy call from Rian Brasier to check I was aware of an impending mortgage renewal. I was but unfortunately had the two mortgage products we have with FBS mixed up so this was a fortuitous call that saved us from a potentially costly mistake. Many thanks! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Luke Green today in the new business department, he was very professional, polite, extremely patient and very kind. He is a credit to your business and I was very suprised to find someone of his caliber at the end of a phone line. I hope he is destined for great things in your organisation. FBS mortgage coming to end of term

We have a FBS mortgage that is coming to end of term. We had a helpful letter of options if staying with them and a follow-up call today. The new offeres are a little bit higher than one or two others on the market, but the saving of no termination fee, no legal or other fees etc. make the FBS offer better overall. And the communicaion and service we hav received first time round was excellent. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
