I received a courtesy call from Rian Brasier

I received a courtesy call from Rian Brasier to check I was aware of an impending mortgage renewal. I was but unfortunately had the two mortgage products we have with FBS mixed up so this was a fortuitous call that saved us from a potentially costly mistake. Many thanks! Helpful Operator

Called FBS re changes to the BoE base rate and whether the last one in November 24 had been passed on. The operative I spoke to was very helpful, confirmed this is happening 20th Feb 25 and then spent time answering related questions for me. Reviewed on: 10th January 2025
