I made an enquiry to see if I am eligible to be a customer, and I received a prompt response which asked for some details, followed quickly by a phone call to take it further. Choosing a new new mortgage product

Telephone conversation with Kieran Smith to discuss and arrange new fixed interest rate upon imminent expiry of current discounted rate. Very helpful and arranged quickly.
