Louise Taylor deserves a big fat bonus, and a pay rise.

I made an enquiry to see if I am eligible to be a customer, and I received a prompt response which asked for some details, followed quickly by a phone call to take it further. Replace 5 year fixed rate with new plan..

The 5-year fixed rate expired in 2024 and LBS provided me with all the help I needed to make a considered choice on a new fixed rate offer. Very happy with help received, and very happy with product finally selected. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
