Very happy with the Customer service which is second to none

Excellent for older borrowers

As older borrowers on pension income most lenders wouldn’t even consider us. Family we’re happy to lend at a reasonable rate. We are staying with them when our current fix ends. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Very helpful team

We are changing to a new fixed rate mortgage in February 2024 and our dealings with Family Building Society have been excellent. We were taken through the process straight forwardly and our options were clearly explained. Having made our choice, we were informed today that everything had smoothly gone through. An excellent Building Society to have a mortgage with

An excellent experience with The Family BS over 8 years of mortgage. Was kept fully informed of a/c status, balance etc throughout. Good communications. Easy to contact using secure messaging. Prompt responses at all times. Was kept fully informed of company matters. Reviewed on: 7th November 2023
