Discussed renewal of Savings account.

Discussed action to take on expiry of existing fixed term savings account. Lisa Adams dealt with this efficiently and was extremely nice to talk to, very couteous. More than happy with the transaction. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025

Georgia understood my problem and rectified it promptly. I had inadvertently transferred money online to my mortgage account when it should have gone to my savings account. Georgia corrected this error for me. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025
