Faultless personal customer service and always a pleasure to deal with. Phone calls always answered quickly by UK based staff who are very knowledgeable, competent and professional. I've never been put on hold and have been saving with them for a few years now. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

I rang to reinvest an 18 month savings bond. I spoke to Lisa very helpful indeed, clear and very efficient. I asked to take out part of the money plus interest and reinvest the rest. She made it very clear and easy. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Great customer service.

It was refreshing to make a call and not hear a recorded message of "We are currently receiving a high volume of calls at the moment" Very shortly after ringing I got to speak to someone (I think the ladies name was Sumaya - I hope I've spelt that correctly!) So far so good. Identity not yet verified. Should have asked for third address in last three years, had been living there for 18 years then sold and went into rented property. Only bought my new home in December 2023 Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

You take too long to get to talk about what I am 'phoning about. The last time I had 12 questions before I could start. Then today you've sent me by post a statement of this month's transactions. It co-incides with my notes, but why is'nt it TOTALLED? No total shown! Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

We are currently investing in new technology and infrastructure, and we are always looking at ways in which to improve our service to customers. However, we need specific IT solutions which take time and investment, and as a smaller society we have to weigh up the costs and benefits.
