Approachable by phone and helpful

As more high-street banks close, being able to talk to a real person not a bot, and without waiting forever is increasingly important. Vital when it involves money. Account creation crashed at the end

Fair interest rates

Very poor facilities and website

The website is a complete mess . You have to navigate endlesy to find how to withdraw from your own account. and then it leads nowhere . Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
