Happy I switched to Triodos

I’m happy I switched to Triodos for my current account. I wanted my money to be with an ethical bank, because ethical banking is one of the most effective and easy ways to make a consumer choice about what I support with my money. I’ve been happy with the customer support and clear communication I’ve received which has given me confidence about how my account is being managed. A great ethical bank

I am very happy with the customer service that I receive from Triodos, it was a very easy process to set up the original account with them & the banking app is very user friendly, they keep me updated via email on any changes & general information, I find them a very transparent & ethical bank which is so important to me, I also have a savings account with them which I'm very happy with Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Fabulous service and products.

Great app. Simple to use. Very helpful chat. Like talking to a normal person. Reassuringly ethical and equitable. And quite often they use a photo of the village of Dervaig which is very special. Switching current account to Triodos was a breeze. As was opening other accounts with this back. They have a good range. The information about them is excellent and easy to digest.
