Seamless transfer of current account

I moved my current account to Triodos where I had an ISA from my mainstream bank of almost 40 years. The process was seamless with no problems encountered. Triodos is an ethical choice but to entice new customers these practicalities are important. Five stars. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

It's good to know my money is doing good

For too long banks took our money and used it to finance things that as individuals we would never accept. We had not choice. Now we do. My money helps instead of lining the pockets of dictators, oil executives, and bankers whose only thought is how much money they can make. We decide now and we make a difference. A bank that uses my money in a way that fits with my ideals

Triodos are totally focussed on the positive impacts of their business, and in using my money in a way that is good for the community and good for the environment. The banking service does everything I need it to do, in a beautiful, no-fuss, way. There are genuine employees to speak to in-person, if necessary, and I'm treated like an individual customer, and not just a number. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
