Super Service and even Better Ethics

Most of the accessible GB banks fund fossil fuel developments and other dubious and unacceptable projects. Triodos is valued so highly as their primary concern is improving the Planetary health and recognising this also includes social justice. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Trustworthy , ethical Banking

Since Triodos launched in the UK, we’ve been members. That was way back when our oldest son was in primary school , he is now 33 with his own family. I always felt that my money, however small an amount, was making a difference to many lives in a positive way. I’m impressed at how the company has gone from strength to strength , never giving up on their principles , never selling out. Way before green was fashionable or ethical banking was even considered an option. Customer service has always been helpful, friendly and a ‘ real’ person to interact with. The ecology of finance

I want to know what is being done with my to other people & to the planet. Is my money being used to harm because of the 'bottom line': financial profit for greed; or is it being used in a shared growth for all. Genuine,Authentic Banking

A rarity in the finance sector .I have found Triodos Bank to be a genuine and authentic bank and should serve as a good example to the UK banking sector much of whose services (and charging structure!!) leaves a lot to be desired. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Banking aligned with my values

I have held an ISA with Triodos Bank for several years. I was delighted when they started offering Personal Banking. I can no more contribute with my eyes wide open to the destruction and detriment of our world, knowing that my money with ordinary banks is lent to fuel businesses and organisations doing harm. I choose Triodos Bank because it aligns with my values and acts with integrity, because it uses my money invested with it, to proactively support and care for the community, the natural world, the arts and human development in a positive way.
