Fantastic ethical bank

I have been a very satisfied customer of Triodos for over 20 years, firstly with a savings account, then an ISA, and now with their new current account. I love their transparency as a bank and their ethical approach to investment, only investing in companies and businesses which promote the best in humanity and the environment. New customer

Been meaning to switch to Triodos for too long. Ethics that cannot be touched by any other bank. That in itself should be enough but such a well run friendly bank means you win when you join Triodos. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Good quality services with an ethical motivation

We switched our current account to Triodos in 2020 and the transfer went very smoothly. The service is easy to access and straight forward, and the customer communication is excellent. Knowing more about their lending is very inspiring. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

I wish all banks could follow the lead of Triodos in using banking as a force for good.

Triodos is a pioneer of positive change in the banking industry, and the only ones who are REALLY doing it, i.e. have built their business around it as opposed to retrofitting often vague claims to a business model of the past. Whilst their interface is not perfect yet, it is good enough and customers are willing to accept teething issues, because the reason they join Triodos is to put their money in a truly sustainable and ethical bank. It is the future and it is now proven that where consumers put their money is one of the single biggest impacts a person can have on their overall carbon footprint. As this fact gets known, Triodos will gain market share and other banks will follow. For now, well done Triodos for being the pioneer and leaning in to the future. Your customers love you! Inspiation Trust Respect

I first found out about Troidos Bank whilst working for a small organic cooperative. Troidos kept faith in the charity through many financially hard years without which it would have folded. I have remained Inspired by Troidos for the last 30 years working for another small charity this time Arts and Health. Troidos proves that banking can be done in an ethical, honest way supporting those who strive to do right by their workers the environment and our communities. I feel respected as a person more than just a customer by Toidos and was over joyed to be able to open a current account with them knowing my money would go into ventures I whole heartedly belive in. As a small customer I find the staff hugely helpful whenever I need to contact them over everday banking. A Fresh Approach

I was delighted to be among the first wave of current account holders with Triodos. I’ve long felt uncomfortable having my money handled by banking organisations with whom I share little or no moral code. With the Triodos account I’ve finally been able to put my money where my mouth is, and at no loss in service standards.
