We've recently swapped our banking to Triodos as we wanted a 'greener' banking experience. Triodos had not disappointed us. They have been friendly and efficient, with all we need from a bank and, yes, we are extremely happy with our choice. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Who knew!

I wasn’t aware that a bank could be caring and responsible.. I’ve always assumed they’re run by Rich white men and you just chose the least corrupt one... but after researching a lot I found there is another way ... I don’t need added breakdown or phone insurance... I don’t need rewards ... What's not to like?

Ethical, straightforward, customer service that's actually contactable & helpful - what's not to like about Triodos? I switched from one of the big High Street banks last year, largely due to ethical concerns. It was really easy to do and I only wish I'd done it sooner. I've already recommended Triodos to family and friends and I will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

A bank for the future

I feel like I've been looking for a bank like Triodos my whole life. One which strives to place an ethics at the centre of finance, rather than the all pervasive neoliberal code of profit for profit's sake. If there's one thing we all have the power to do, it's make decisions about how, and where we invest our money. The problem is actually finding a bank that sets out to challenge the status quo. That Triodos is more open and transparent about where and how it invests money, about the projects and communities it supports, and plays an active role in discussions and options for an alternative future for finance - that's exactly the sort of bank I want to be a part of.
