Great and ethical bank

Was looking for an ethical bank and research led me to Triodos. I’m glad I changed over…we need more of them and less of the big 5. Customer service has always been excellent. A few minor bumps with card declines in the beginning but all smooth now and I out that down to my card being new. The digital side isn’t as advanced as some banks but they are smaller and the focus is on other benefits, but it is improving. Would throughly recommend Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
