Excellent personal service when help needed

We are pleased to have transferred our account to an ethical bank. One concern was that there was no local physical branch location. However, we have contacted the bank by phone on several occasions and on each occasion have been more than satisfied by the personal attention received. Each person has stayed with us until satisfied that we had resolved our problem and gave no sense of being rushed. Access to the account is easy by phone app or online.
