Excellent online banking experience

I tranferred to a Triodos online current account almost 2 years ago as I wanted to be part of a bank with an ethical and sustainable investment policy. Online banking with Triodos seems secure and is very user friendly. There were no issues with the transfer from my old account. I have only dealt with customer service on one occasion due to an issue with a cash machine run by another bank and the issue was dealt with easily and swiftly by friendly Triodos staff. Everything runs smoothly here

Great bank

Outstandingly ethical, efficient and easy to use.

I have a Triodos current account and manage it via the app, which has always been very efficient. Triodos is outstandingly the most ethical bank, which is very important for me. The only time I had to contact customer service (when I was changing to the app from a digipass) the agent was friendly, helpful, and did not make me feel rushed. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
