A trustworthy ethical bank. They are efficient and supportive when answering queries. Their AGMs are a joy, I always attend to hear more about how they use money for good. Their newsletters provide examples of the ethical activities they are investing in. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

My money is helping to make positive change

I access my account online, and the website is very easy to use. I have rarely needed to ask for help and when I did, the staff responded very quickly and clearly. I enjoy reading the bank newsletter with stories about the groups and businesses that they have loaned money to. These stories confirm that choosing to bank with Triodos was the right decision. Ethical banking

I love hearing the stories about the groups and organisations the bank is lending money to. How the bank uses its money is the most important factor in my choice of banking services.
