ethical and simple

I wanted an ethical bank and all the independent online reviews I could find put Tridos first. I am proud that no money made from me goes into lending to unethical causes. but, on the contrary to good and charitable causes. The online website and app are both clear to use and have excellent security. The helpline advisor I got through to was polite, helpful and patient. Makes banking stress free!

I’ve only had to call once but the lady was super friendly and calming. The phone was picked up straight away and I got through to a real person - whoo hoo! The app is incredibly easy to navigate and use. The colours make me feel calm as well. Sustainability is incredibly important to me which is why I chose Triodos & I’ll be moving all my banking activities to them. So easy all round! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
