Triodos have a very personal approach to banking which makes you feel like you count as a customer and that there is a meaningful connection. Their ethical approach is in stark contrast to other banks I have been a customer (pretty much every high street bank). Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Excellent and simple

Current accounts can all appear the same so it is the small things that make a difference: Speaking to someone competent on the phone, a card made of recycled material and a newsletter about real people with real world challenges. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
