A bank that does what I need & matches my ethics

I waited patiently for Triodos to launch their current account & made the switch as soon as they did. I don’t need anything fancy from a bank - online banking & an app do the job for me, but Triodos do both well & without unnecessary bells & whistles. I love knowing that Triodos are doing good things & that their ethics line up with mine. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Triodos bank is an ethical Bank, which means your money is being used to support positive, planet enhancing, non polluting investments.Not only that but the service is excellent, and you are able to speak with a real person whenever help is needed. I would recommend then to anyone who cares about the planet, and believes in a sustainable future. I love this bank.

Excellent, transparent banking. I've had a current account with Triodos for years & find it very easy to use, can check statements and complete transactions easily online. Triodos always provide straightforward, clear communication and excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Love this bank!

Love this bank! I've been banking with Triodos for 8 years, I have ISAs for my 2 kids, I have an ISA and also a current account. In the 8 years I have had no issues with the products; and Customer Service, when needed, have been brilliant, quick and very helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

I chose Triodos for its ethical credentials as these...

I chose Triodos for its ethical credentials as these are really important to me, but have been delighted to discover it is also a great bank in other ways, with very clear communication, good customer service and an easy-to-use app / online banking site. I also have a cash ISA with Triodos, and love knowing that my money is invested in projects I approve of. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

The bank that does good and makes you feel good

I changed to Triodos because I wanted a bank that had ethical values and would not be using savings and investments to help finance unethical industries. What I didn't expect was just how transparent and ethical the bank would prove to be. And how good it would feel to be a customer of a bank that does good. I just wish that the news about Triodos as an ethical bank would spread and that more people realise what their money is used for when investing with most of the other mainstream banks.
