Faultless and ethical

I have nothing but good things to say about banking with Triodos. I have found their account and systems to be effective and their customer service has been quick and responsive. My bank for life

Best ethics and also best service

The ethical part was why I went to them, but the service is excellent. I can get through to a human being within a minute or so of ringing. So different from my old bank. Cant recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Good experience since starting account last year.

Switching our current account was easy and we had no problems. We find the Telephone Banking App intuitive and easy to use and text messages regarding new payments are welcome.
