Brilliant customer service. and ethical stance

Brilliant customer service. I get through to a human being immediately if I have to call. Excellent app and online site. Plus the ethical side which is superlative. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Best ethics and also best service

The ethical part was why I went to them, but the service is excellent. I can get through to a human being within a minute or so of ringing. So different from my old bank. Cant recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Personal service and great product

My current account is with another supposedly ethical bank who makes me wait for an hour on the phone every time I want to do something that their website doesn’t allow. Triodos answer the phone quickly. I feel like they have a small bank approach backed with a modern day website and impeccable ethics Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
