Most excellent customer service

Whenever I have called Triodos with an account query, they have patiently stuck with me and made sure I've got what I needed, and explained in detail how to get the most out of the app. As a member of generation for whom holes in the wall were new, this has been invaluable for me. Topping that is the sense that this is truly ethical banking - not finding arms or fossil fuels like other mainstream banks do. The service charge is gladly paid for such great service. A bank that really supported me when I needed it

I’ve had a really positive experience with Triodos Bank. At a difficult time, when I ended up in an overdraft, the bank handled the situation with understanding and care. Rather than making me feel judged or pressured, they helped me resolve it in a fair and supportive way. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and it gave me real confidence in their customer service and values. I really appreciate how human and considerate they were throughout.
