A bank that really supported me when I needed it

I’ve had a really positive experience with Triodos Bank. At a difficult time, when I ended up in an overdraft, the bank handled the situation with understanding and care. Rather than making me feel judged or pressured, they helped me resolve it in a fair and supportive way. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and it gave me real confidence in their customer service and values. I really appreciate how human and considerate they were throughout. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Triodos. I feel they are transparent and open, they are aligned with what I want to see in the world ethically, they provide great value products and feel like they actually want to support and help me. I chose Triodos for their high ethical standards. The Current Account is efficient and easy to use - even for me, an older person who struggles online. There's always someone patient at the end of the phone, on the rare occasions when I need help. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Ethical use of my account

Knowing that my money is not going to be invested in unethical companies is the major factor in my choice of bank. The big banks are currently rowing back from their previous net zero commitments and can’t be trusted. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
