Very easy to use and am happy with the service. on top of that it is refreshing to know that my savings are being put to good use opposed to supporting large destructive industries which are responsible for the plight we find ourselves in now. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I have been with triodos for 15 years now.

I have been with triodos for 15 years now. The bank has been excellent in many ways. I started as a saver and got good advice in which savings account is best for me. When the bank started tge current account facility I switched my current account from other banks as triodis out performs all other banks regarding ecological and ethical issues such as social justice and equality. Tge helpline has always been prompt, helpful and sorted any issues out in a friendly way. The app is good and easy to use...it would be helpful if old messages and statements coukd be accessed through the app...I have to go through my laptop to get access to these.
