A bank that really supported me when I needed it

I’ve had a really positive experience with Triodos Bank. At a difficult time, when I ended up in an overdraft, the bank handled the situation with understanding and care. Rather than making me feel judged or pressured, they helped me resolve it in a fair and supportive way. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and it gave me real confidence in their customer service and values. I really appreciate how human and considerate they were throughout.
