The telephone service is always very helpful

The telephone service is always very helpful, which is vital with internet banking. Triodos maintains a well-informed staff who, in the rare cases when they don't know the answer to a particular problem, go and find the answer without any todo. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Triodos is the best transparent and ethical bank

Triodos is the bank I had been seeking for a long time. To me, it matters a lot what my bank does with my money. With triodos, their transparency means I know exactly what they invest in, and their ethics means I'm happy with how my money is being used.
