Ethical banking with great customer service

Very good customer service and I appreciate their ethical approach. Their app and products are not as expansive as the likes of Monzo but that’s not an issue for me. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Great ethos great customer service

Great ethos - they invest in social impact as opposed to fossil fuels. Great customer service - they answer the phones and answer my queries, unlike Barclays. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
