Most excellent customer service

Whenever I have called Triodos with an account query, they have patiently stuck with me and made sure I've got what I needed, and explained in detail how to get the most out of the app. As a member of generation for whom holes in the wall were new, this has been invaluable for me. Topping that is the sense that this is truly ethical banking - not finding arms or fossil fuels like other mainstream banks do. The service charge is gladly paid for such great service.
