I LOVE this ethical bank!

First of all, it's an ethical bank, that specialises in positive impact investing. So I know that my money is going to support enterprises that make the world a better place for everyone. Secondly, if you're into online banking, it's really easy to bank with them at any time, day or night. And if you have to phone them, they are quick to answer the phone and always extremely helpful with queries. If you lose your card, or it's stolen, they have a 24-hour phone line. Otherwise they do have some limits on their phone line operating hours, but I like to think this gives their employees a good work-life balance. All in all, I love Triodos, and would encourage anyone to try banking with them! Reviewed on: 24th February 2025

The bank provides an ethical and reliable service.

The bank provides an ethical and reliable service. It is important to me that the funds managed by the bank are invested on an ethical basis and that there is transparency over the use of funds and Triodos does this very well. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Ethical and Efficient. The future of banking.

I wanted an ethical alternative to high street banks and Triodos is perfect. Knowing the bank helps invest in ethical community projects. This is paired with digital app and online software it's all the efficiency of high street bank with the additional knowledge of how it benefits my community and addresses climate change and restoring nature.
