A friendly, personal and ethical service.

A friendly, personal service, it's very easy to get help when needed. The app on my phone is simple and clear. Triodos have an amazing track record of social, ethical and environmental support for society. I'm proud to bank with them! Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Absolutely fantastic!

Honestly, and I don’t say this lightly, Triodos has been wonderful. Never on hold for long, friendly service and all issues resolved quickly. Setting up accounts simple, and the best bit is I know my money isn’t funding destruction of the planet. Can’t rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Good ethos, good lenders, good advisors

Joined the bank at its outset and transferred my existing current account in total to T. B. Joined because I liked T. B.’s ethos, open attitude to where there money was used and there willingness to lend to ‘ green’ and ‘social’ concerns. Recently T.B helped us regain money lost when a carpet retailer went bankrupt , including aur deposit for carpets and fitting. A great service. Would not be with another bank. A completely positive experience

My experience with Triodos has been completely positive in the 6 years I’ve banked with them. I haven’t had any issues, but on the rare occasions I’ve had to call them I’ve got through to someone very quickly and had good conversations (very different from being on hold and fairly scripted calls you often get elsewhere).
